I rarely write reviews, but oh boy, did I have to go out of my way to write this one. I placed a Too Good To Go order and went for the pick up. There was a technical error where they did not see my order on their end. When I entered and asked them about my pickup, the guy said, “I got no pickups for anyone,” to which I showed him my order confirmation on my phone. He continues do something on his phone. I thought he must be refreshing the app or checking again if he sees my order. 30 seconds later, he looks up, gets agitated and, in a very rude tone, says, “I said I see nothing for you, whatever you see, just cancel it, get out, and keep it moving.” A simple “Hey man, sorry I don't see any pickup on my end, there must be some error. Can you try canceling the order and getting a refund?” would have helped. The sitting area looked shabby and not put together well. No matter how good the food is, this experience never makes me want to get food from this place.
