Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I spent probably $70 on dinner here. A chicken shawarma and the goat injura. 95% of the goat injura was literally bone/gristle. Look at the pics! Was a fan of this place previously. Not anymore. What a rip off! Gross. And inedible. I'd like a full refund.

I asked for recommendation at the counter because I have never had shawarma before. Was told to try to lamb kebab and the mixed meat plate (or something like that), I have absolutely no words to describe how good the food was. The lamb kebab was everything, the saucy meat and the crispy exterior. . . Just go, it’s 100% worth driving out in the miserable weather for.

This place is definitely worth visiting. The food tasted amazing, the quantity was generous. We ordered the shawarma plate, the kabab and the chicken korma. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the chicken korma surprised me with how good it was. We only stayed in anchorage for a few days but I know if I stayed longer I would have come back to this place.
