I’m very disappointed with the service. The female staff member who attended me was quite rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service needs serious improvement. I’m unhappy with the overall experience. The food tasted stale and did not seem fresh. On top of that, the girl attending me was not polite and lacked basic customer service skills. Management needs to improve both food quality and staff behavior.

Great Food, Terrible Service - A Confusing Experience The food here was genuinely good and flavorful. It's a shame that the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff's behavior. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed unhappy and uninterested in helping us. We had a friend with us who had never tried Middle Eastern food before and was excited to learn about the menu. Instead of seeing this as an opportunity to share their cuisine, the staff acted as if our questions were a burden. They were impatient and offered no guidance or recommendations. The overall feeling was that they were doing us a favor by serving us, almost as if the service was "free" and therefore not worth their effort. It made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. It's a real disappointment. You have a kitchen capable of producing excellent food, but the front-of-house staff are driving customers away. We left with a bad taste in our mouths, and it had nothing to do with the meal.
