Naked Lunch

A friend recommended this place. Glad I went! Everything looked clean, fresh, and healthy. I ordered the cauli/chickpea tacos. The serving was 3 tacos for $10. They were very flavorful and filling. The atmosphere is very basic, with high bar seating along the perimeter. My only complaint is that the supports for the bar are likely to hurt your knees.

Actually well priced delicious, and healthy, vegan and vegetarian food. I got a black bean burger which despite basically being the texture of chili was really really tasty and I'd totally get it again, and I got a strawberry muffin (99¢) which was also vegan and tasted great. Can't believe I'd never been here before. update: came again and the texture on the black bean burger has improved and still tastes just as delicious

**Feelings on Fairfax, I hope Herndon does not suffer a similar fate** I am CRUSHED, did Naked Lunch fall prey to private equity or something?! This was the best place to get healthful, fresh, delicious food at huge portion sizes and low cost. It was like Mom's best kept secret. But I'd rather just have them increase prices 1.5-2x rather than them just taking it out all together. So saddddd.
