My wife and I had a wonderful dinner last night. Maude is such a terrific server/Manager. She is very attentive • remembers returning guests • keeps the dining room running smoothly when it’s busy The food was terrific. The wine is on the expensive side but it is high quality. My wife would prefer a less expensive Sauvignon Blanc but the one she had from CA was very good. I had 2 cocktails. 1st a “perfect” Manhattan that I would say was weak. I don’t know if it is because the bourbon was too low grade or the flavor was off. My suggestion is to add more bitters. I had the same drink next door @Thai Bistro the prior week that was significantly better. I switched to espresso Martina and that was very good. For dinners I had the Japanese scallops which were very good and my wife had the salmon (sushi grade). You should not walk out the doors without eating the Grand Marnier soufflé. I go to Next for business and friend lunches frequently. It is excellent because it is quiet and the service is good. Lunch review I love eating at Next Bistro. Maude offers very personalized service. She remembers what I like as she is always very gracious. The menu and wine selections are excellent. I love it that they have a value-priced lunch menu and they don't skimp on food volume.

This location worked with our family to have a group meal after our mother's passing. They let us use the dining room before their regular dining hours. The food was excellent. As was the service. Maude went above and beyond to facilitate this special time for us.Top notch all-around. Highly recommend this establishment.
