I’ve been going NuVegan for years and the food still is on point. Mac and Cheese at the Alexandria location is the best I’ve had. Staff is always friendly and smiling and eager to help. This is a DC vegan staple. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as they are in food pickup spots. I hope they get sit down locations again soon.

Over 10 dollars for💩 ice cream, 5 dollar delivery and you can’t get the right flavor or cancel the item. But you know what, my fault for making such a decision. i can’t get a refund in the app. I need you guys to lock in. Immediately. And then you gave me this birthday cake mess. There is no pint of entry. There is a blue door with graffiti on it with store logo but no entry! There are also a lot of homeless people activity at said location. I wouldn’t eat here just off the outside area alone. Called the number and no one answered the phone.
