Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Olive & Finch offers delicious food, a variety of options, mouth-watering pastries, unique (and also simple) coffee options, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The patio is a great spot for a sunny Sunday brunch or there is a nice indoor dining area with a variety of table sizes, but you may get drawn in to buying some pastries on your way out! I have been a few times with no problem parking nearby on the street, especially on the weekend. They were able to modify my meal, which was a nice touch because I wanted a higher protein, low carb option.

This restaurant came highly recommended from some friends who go there often, and we loved it. We were still able to sit outside because the weather was still nice and it was very pleasant. The inside was cute as well. The food was all delicious! Unfortunately they were out of the crognets, but the chocolate croissant was very good as well. I really like the amount of chocolate, both on the top and inside. It was a good ratio of chocolate to croissant, no skimping on the chocolate :-). Portions were all good size.

A perfect Denver morning at Olive & Finch – Union Station! I stopped in for a pecan sticky bun and a white mocha latte, and both were absolutely divine. The sticky bun was everything you’d hope for — warm, gooey, and buttery with perfectly toasted pecans and those caramelized edges that make every bite a little bit of heaven. The texture was flaky yet rich, like a croissant and sticky bun had a delicious love child. The white mocha latte was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet — just the right balance to pair with the pastry. The barista crafted it with care, and it came out hot, velvety, and beautiful. The vibe at Union Station adds to the experience — sunny, open, and full of that downtown Denver charm. You can sip your coffee, watch travelers pass through, and enjoy the hum of the city. Highly recommend Olive & Finch for anyone looking to start their morning with something truly special. This is my new go-to stop whenever I’m near Union Station. ☕🥐✨
