It was fun to experience omakase! Very fast paced, we had 2-3 courses before we got our drinks. It's fast, but I didn't necessarily feel rushed (I am a fast eater to be fair). Cute atmosphere, loved watching each dish crafted in front of me, and food was good! My biggest complaint is that they asked if we wanted sparkling or still water, we said still was fine, and they brought us out bottled water which we were charged $8 per bottle...tap water was not even offered until the end of the meal. $8 for water that I didn't even request is outrageous! Felt like they just wanted to get extra money out of us. I also put on the reservation that it was a birthday dinner, and absolutely nothing was done. No "Happy birthday", no card, nothing! Disappointing. Seating was delayed, and service was fine but nothing extraordinary. Hopefully they can improve on some of these things to make the experience better overall!
