Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place looks spectacular. It feels like a nice place to have a 3-course meal. The food was good but not for the price point that they charge. I definitely recommend the steak over the chicken. It had a much better sauce and flavor. We ended up at around $130 per person after tip which we agreed was a little high and probably not worth returning. However, we did enjoy the experience. One of the people serving us Christina was spectacular. She was very attentive, friendly, and the table side Caesar she made for us was delicious.

This restaurant was a recommendation for our company's dinner party. The food varied in quality - really good cuts of steak, while the seafood wasn't as fresh tasting as you'd expect even from a mountain restaurant. I ordered my NY Strip with the sauce on the side, only to have them bring it laid on top of the sauce. When they "fixed" it, it was simply by placing the steak onto a new plate. However the sauce transfer had already happened. Considering I didn't enjoy the sauce, it essentially ruined the flavor of the steak for me.

Genuinely relieved to see another poor review from Thanksgiving on Open Table. The cloverleaf bread was good but it went downhill from there. Not sure we’d be writing this if it weren’t $100 per person for a family of four. The chestnut soup tasted like a brown sugar gravy. The turkey was the wettest two slabs of white meat, we got a table-spoonful each of mashed potatoes and stuffing, & 5 cranberries. The sorbet was good but just scooped into a bowl - pretty sure the menu said it came with fresh fruit or something, even a mint leaf on the plate might’ve convinced us we got what we paid for. We’ve eaten at palace arms with their regular menu and have been impressed, the prixe fixe felt like a cash grab cafeteria. Feel like we were robbed the opportunity to go somewhere else for Thanksgiving thinking Palace Arms was our best choice. Service was fine, I think the chef had the holiday off.
