Let me tell you this place is bomb!! I got a take out pork bowl and it was packed with flavor. Palmita satisfies those Southern California cravings with the perfect portions of meat and veggies that leaves you perfectly full and energized. The ingredients taste fresh, the textures are diverse and the colors are beautiful. I literally just ate a freakin’ rainbow and it’s got me on cloud nine. And don’t even get me started on the sauces!! Pictured is the red sausage I believe; which is creamy and tomato-y which balances out the acidity from the pickled onions perfectly! Not featured is the cilantro sauce, and Molé sauce which are unique and add depth to the dish in such a tasty way! Thank you team for bringing us affordable healthy fast-food!!!
