Papa Loca

Papa Loca was amazing. My wife ordered the Papa Loca baked potato and I did the build-your-own fries, so I got to try both. Honestly, I missed out by not going with the baked potato. The fries were still good though. The food was loaded, and definitely worth the price. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They had us laughing the whole time and it made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back. This just became one of my new favorite spots in town.

Amazing food and an even more amazing team! The staff here have done a fantastic job with their menu and location. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I especially love their loaded baked potatoes, loaded fries, and the sweet potatoes for dessert such a great selection! I can’t wait to see them continue to grow and succeed from here on out.

Papa Loca is so! incredibly! good! Delicious and customizable, with great options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and meat eaters alike. The customer service is great as well, bilingual and will explain any questions about the menu. 10/10, my new favorite food truck! say yes to the hot cheetos :)
