Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Absolutely amazing and I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. The food is incredible. The paranthas are huge, proper Delhi style, and I have not eaten anything like this anywhere in North America. The chole bhature is easily the best I have ever had, exactly like Delhi. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Service was great and very welcoming. They also have a lunch buffet, and if you order a la carte during that time the menu is limited, which is good to know. Truly an amazing place and I cannot wait to come back.

I had a wonderful experience at Paratha House in Pleasanton and honestly feel this place deserves much better reviews. I tried the aloo paratha and gobi paratha, and both were excellent. The parathas were perfectly cooked, with a slightly rustic, crunchy exterior and a super soft, warm, and smooth inside. The filling was generous, making the parathas thick, fluffy, and very satisfying. You can really tell they’re made fresh with care. I’ve shared photos of the parathas, one midway through eating, and a final clean plate photo—which pretty much sums up how good the food was. The staff (Mohit) was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This is the kind of place that genuinely deserves more attention. Highly recommend everyone give this place a try, and come with an empty stomach, because you’ll want to finish everything. I’ll definitely be back.

Hands down THE BEST paratas in town. This is the goto place for paratas, chole bhature. The variety of paratas that you get here are grate and comes with huge amounts of butter on side. Highly recommend this place for everyone.
