I saw the Peacefully Made food truck at the black farmers market, but it was closed. Vegan food spots are so rare, so I kept it on my radar to try when they opened. I am so glad I did! The truck interior looks so clean, the food smelled so good, and the owners are so nice! The cherry on top? The food was slammin! I didn't even make it out of the parking lot with the eggrolls. I had some and had to order more on the spot! I can't wait to try the other foods. I got mac n cheese, and the po'boy with fries as well. All very yummy, even as leftovers. It is a must-try. I know I will be there again!
