Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Absolutely incredible. And bonus for me, lots of great vegan options! We had the pani puri, samosas, veg momo (some of the best I’ve ever had), coconut soup (insane), and thenthuk noodle soup (also insane). Will be back to try more ASAP.

I came to Pema for lunch with a few coworkers and we were all so impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere. We also received our meals surprisingly fast, which made it a perfect lunch spot. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

In my 8 years of eating out in Denver, Pema is up there in my top five. Everything on the menu is outstanding. My favorite right now is the Thenthuk, an incredibly delicious vegetable soup.
