Loved the pho at Pho Mai Cali in Santee! We ordered the signature pho and the beef rib & fatty brisket pho with a side of Chinese donut. Nice and relaxing vibe. Friendly, quick, and accommodating service. Definitely one of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Recommend!
