Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The prices on their menu on their website are not current. It's about $17.50 for a pho / rice / noodle bowl according to their online menu. This seemed more expensive to me than I usually go for a lunch. But I thought well, let's try it once. When we went there, the menu in the restaurant has things for $19-20 for an entree. I'll post photos of all the pages. We ended up leaving. I understand prices needing to go up with everything costing more these days, but they should update the menu on their website. I also just can't spend $20 on a lunch entree when there are so many other options close by. I recommend Dang's Thai on State St for an excellent value, or Open Rice also on State St for inexpensive takeout.

Things I liked: 1. Place is extremely clean 2. The sever was very polite 3. service was quick 4. They have vegetarian options. I ordered Vegetarian noodle soup, my wife ordered Vegetarian Pho 5. Their Pho is extremely good and feels Theurapatic for your throat in Portland Gray rainy weather. 6. price is ok $30 for 2 not bad. Things I didn't like 1. The chili oil quantity was less 2. Like others the quantity of Tofu in my bowl were less 3. Parking is congested, I missed a turn and had to take the back alley and it didn't click the first time.

We had our first visit to Pho PT in Lake Oswego, and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Perfect timing too, now that the weather has started to cool down! What really made our experience extra special was the service. Andy was the friendliest and most pleasant server we've had in a long time. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of—it truly added to the whole experience. This place is a gem, and we’re so happy we found it. Can’t wait to come back and make it one of our regular spots!
