Pita Way is such a great spot! The restaurant is very clean, the food is always fresh, and everyone who works there is super nice and welcoming. Their $10 bowls on Saturdays are such a good deal — you really can’t beat it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just an all around great experience. We got the bowl and split it. Got everything they had on it with two dressings. One of the best bowls I have ever had. Definitely going back soon. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for being quick, nice, and always serving fresh food. And for the snack you gave me for free the other day. Next level service for sure. I’ve been to Pitaway before and usually enjoy their rice bowls, which is why this experience was disappointing. On a previous visit, the staff member was very patient and clear when asking how I wanted my rice and protein. I requested extra chicken and specifically clarified that I wanted three cups of chicken breast, not to be confused with individual pieces. She understood right away, confirmed the order, asked about toppings like peanuts and chipotle sauce, and everything was prepared correctly. However, during my most recent visit, the experience was very different. A male staff member handled my order, and when I requested the same thing, there was a lot of confusion. He spoke very loudly and repeatedly emphasized the extra charge for additional chicken, which I had already agreed to. Despite trying to explain calmly that I wanted extra chicken by cup measurement, he didn’t seem to understand and continued to raise his voice. To avoid further confusion, I changed my order to two cups of chicken and one cup of gyro meat. Unfortunately, even after confirming that I wanted chipotle sauce, it was forgotten in my order. Overall, the lack of clear communication, the loud and unprofessional tone, and the missed item made this visit disappointing. I hope management can focus on better consistency in customer service and clearer communication, as I know the food itself can be very good.
