Playa Bowls

I accidently came across this place and it was a surprise. I didn't know what to order so stayed reading the menu for a while. I was in a training but had a short lunch. I got the coconut craze bowl and it was very refreshing. The day was warm but the mango and coconut hit the spot. I had my cinnamon vitamins and added that to the mix. I also had a smoothie but forgot the name of it.. However, it had mango and banana, but it was goood!! I will definately come again.

I had such an amazing experience at Playa Bowls Helotes! The staff is always friendly, but Sophia, Evelyn, and Jo went above and beyond to make my visit special. They were super welcoming, upbeat, and made sure my bowl was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. The store was clean, the vibes were great, and my bowl was delicious — fresh fruit, perfect texture, and beautifully made. Huge shoutout to Sophia, Evelyn, and Jo for their awesome energy and top-notch service! I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 💙🍍🥥

DISSATISFIED! I ordered a bowl online & i get there & my bowl was not ready. This has happened to me on 2 separate occasions. I even received an email & text saying my orders were ready. I’m not understanding why especially b/c I’m paying a convenience fee & I also give tip! Also the inconsistency of the bowls. The bowl i got today was the filling was not portioned w/ the toppings at all. These bowls are not cheap & as a customer if you’re paying $12 you should be getting a good product all the time w/ out inconsistency. I think management needs to step in & ensure their employees are all on the same page.
