Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My friends in Greenbay took us to Plia and I can only complain that we were not there the first day of my Greenbay visit (so that I could be there everyday). The food is soul touching - and the service was warm and kind, with very small details registered and taken care of. Plia is one restaurant I could eat everyday from, without any complaints. I only wish they were closer to where I am, or earn enough to fly to Greenbay everyweek exclusively for Plia for its simple, soulful food.

Second time ordering takeout from Plia’s and it delivered again! First time I ordered the squash curry which was incredible. Literally was dreaming about it at work the next day. Went with chicken fried rice this time and it was delicious. Not super salty and heavy with sauce, good mix of veggies (did add some steamed broccoli) & the portion size was so generous. Fried rice didn’t have scrambled eggs in it so if you’re used to that, you’ll have to add it yourself. Takeout is always so fast as well. Can’t wait to keep trying their food!

Great hmong -style food. Noodles are TOP NOTCH. Too often you get thin, fragile soggy noodles, these were CHEWY and weighty, someone knows how to make them! Tofu was fried crispy, outstanding meal. Decent cafeteria setting. I'll be back soon.
