Today was my 1st time trying Pokemoto. The restaurant's 1st impression was extremely clean. It is set up to give you a selection of ingredients to place in a protein bowl, salad or wrap. I ordered the Miso Salmon. Super good. The salmon was so tender and soft. I will definitely go back again. The customer service was spot on. Super friendly.

I have ate here twice and loved it both times! They weigh out the protein, mix the sauce with your bowl items, and have been extremely pleasant to talk to! I travel Arkansas and Tennessee for work and eat at several poké bowl places. This is BY FAR my favorite! It is a must eat when coming to Gallatin, Tennessee!

Anyone who loves great food and great people should really check Pokemoto out! The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and the service is amazing every time. I would add a photo of how gorgeous the food looks, but all you would see is an empty poke bowl every time. Will be back for sure.
