I ordered the southwest bowl as recommended by the cashier. I also got the MS Skinny shake. Both were fresh made to order. The steak was delicious. I also loved the smoothie. It was a big portion of cooked to order steak and my bowl. Almost enough for two people to share. Will come back

I expected a lot more from a fitness-centered restaurant. I paid nearly $18 for the GFB Burger, and what I received looked nothing like the photo on the menu, not even close. For the price, the quality and presentation were really underwhelming. For a place that markets itself around clean eating, they don't even offer basic options like sugar-free ketchup, which feels like a big miss for customers who actually care about macros and ingredients. On top of that, even though you order and pay at the counter, staff don't bring your food out — you have to go pick it up yourself — yet they still prompt you to tip the cashier. Overall, Protein House charges premium prices but delivers average food, minimal service, and misses the details that real fitness-oriented customers care about. I have to complement the gentleman who was our cashier though, great and friendly, he saved the experience.

Staff was very helpful when ordering. Portions were nice and flavors were great. We ordered BBQ Bison wrap, Thai monster bowl and Anti-inflammatory juice. It is very loud due to high ceilings and harder to hear with hearing issues. Place is handicapped accessible.
