Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I found a hidden gem: a Vietnamese restaurant, despite the simple exterior, their food is amazing, authentic Vietnamese food. I had a takeout order of BBQ slided beef. and will definitely go back soon to dine in and try more dishes. The staffs are super helpful

I have been wanting to try a bahn mi sandwich for a very long time and decided to pick one up from here the other day. When I tell you it was in the top three best sandwiches I have ever had! The flavors were incredible, and you could tell it was made with care! I'm already craving another, will absolutely be back. I got it to-go, but the lady at the front was very sweet and seemed very kind. Would highly recommend!

What a delightful spot. The lady who served us was so sweet and attentive. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious, and pretty strong! I have been looking for a good banh mi in the Jackson area and so far this is one of the better ones, though next time I will ask for less mayo. I liked that they had multiple styles to choose from; I got the combination. The gyoza and spring roll were good too, though we will try fried and egg rolls next time. Probably would not get the noodle lunch special as there were few shrimp and little else with the noodles. It was pretty expensive after two coffees, an appetizer and two lunches for about $50
