Wrapped up a shoot nearby and had a few hours before the next one, so stopped into Rooster Thai Sushi for a relaxed lunch. Asked the server what she would personally order if she were eating and went with her recommendation (Ocean Flame Octopus Roll + Thai tea) and it was excellent. Not something I would’ve picked on my own, but really glad I did. Roll was fresh, nicely seared, balanced flavors. Thai tea was sweet and creamy and paired perfectly. Calm atmosphere, good service, solid midday spot if you’re along US-19 in Port Richey.

Amazing is an understatement: excellent service, quaint and warm atmosphere, very clean and welcoming from start to finish. One of the top thai restaurant visited in Florida. Truly enjoyed the pictured appetizers, atmosphere and music. Food was quite tasty and one dish ample for 2 people along with appetizers. Not to be missed and we will become regulars for sure !

Rooster is truly a hidden gem with some of the best food around. Everything is always fresh, the place is clean, and the quality is consistently impressive. They also serve the best sushi around—fresh, well-made, and full of flavor. The menu has plenty of variety, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. We visit often, and every time we leave happy. Highly recommended!
