Roots was clean and quite empty on Sunday dinner. The servers were professional but not welcoming. The food was cold and the rice was not cooked well and dry. The chicken tasted not bad but again cold. It is more like a salad bar than a restaurant. The food smelled bad the next day event when it was put immediately in the fridge after we left the restaurant. My husband suffered discomfort and unpleasant situation the next morning from the food. I don't think we'll go back there again 😕

I was super excited to stroll upon Roots. The restaurant is very clean. The food is not organic but I decided to give them a try. The worker was very kind and helpful. I loved my food but wish the hot food was hot. My beans and sweet potatoes were really cold. Hopefully they will get this corrected before my next visit.
