Ruby Tuesday

The quality of food was horrible. I order the same thing every time but this time I got steak quesadilla instead of chicken. I was willing to still eat it if it was good but when I bit into it, it was REPULSING. Also ordered a side of rice pilaf and got white rice instead (also not a big deal but the amount was too small and it looked old). The other entree i had was just soooo bland. Fire the cook

Absolutely wonderful customer service I had Tyler as my server he was incredible.was very fast paced and kept the atmosphere light and funny . Also wanted to shoutout the manger Chase and the owner for helping my now fiancé propose to me!!! They all really went above and beyond to make such a special moment for me happen. I would 10/10 highly recommend there 5 cheese Philly cheese steaks was very delicious.

Just go to Sixty Six, it is right up the street! The manager that was on duty 3/3/26 @ 2:45pm; bullied my 70yr old mother, who is hard of hearing. She accidentally ordered a ribeye quesadilla, when she meant to order a ribeye steak. The food came out and Jazmin, the waitress was very nice, she offered to switch it for what my mother actually wanted. This is when the manager came to the table and proceeded to bully my mother into keeping the quesadilla. He told her that because it was already made that she would have to keep it. He offered to bring her a steak, for another charge. She is very soft spoken and doesn't like confrontation, so she kept it. My daughter who was with my mother called to tell me what was going on. I then called the restaurant and spoke to this manager myself. He told me basically the same thing, and offered no type of solution, aside from her keeping the quesadilla and paying for a ribeye. She did not even touch the quesadilla, but was still charged full price for the meal. I have never encountered such poor customer service, especially not in a restaurant. It seems as if he's been told not to waste any food or it's coming out of his own pocket. There's never any more than five cars in the parking lot at a time anyway. They probably are on their way to going under. Unbelievable!!!!!!
