Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I want to share a very positive experience at Ruby Tuesday. On my last visit some time ago, I was disappointed with the food quality, but this time I decided to give the restaurant another chance — and I’m honestly still in shock. My wife and I came in for dinner, and everything exceeded our expectations. The ribs and the ribeye steak were cooked divinely. The steak was incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The ribs were unbelievably tender — they literally melted in my mouth. Every bite was a real pleasure. Real Tendernism! The service was outstanding as well. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. On top of that, Lisa, the general manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She truly cares about the guests and the overall experience. This visit completely changed my opinion of Ruby Tuesday. Amazing food, warm service, and a great atmosphere made our evening special. We’re very happy we gave it another chance and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

I was pretty disappointed in the experience here, but will preface my review with this: It's a chain restaurant so I don't have unrealistic expectations. When we arrived, I appreciated the renovations, it looks great! The restaurant wasn't packed, and it cleared out further after we'd been seated for a few minutes. Our waitress took a while to take our drink order, but we'd ordered special lemonades so I expected it to take about five minutes to get them. As someone who has worked in the industry, I get it. However, 15 minutes for two raspberry lemonades was pretty wild to me. Our waitress was nice, and let us know she couldn't make them herself and had to wait for the bartender. We ordered an appetizer, where the food was totally dried out and the plate was extremely hot (which means it was sitting under the warmer for a while). We waited a while to receive our food as well, which wasn't prepared correctly and the steak was thin and pretty chewy. The food was super salty (I couldn't eat it) and the bill in total was 84$ (including tip). I definitelyyyy will not be going back. The waitress was nice, I liked the renovations, but the overall experience for the price point wasn't great at all.

*Please note that I am not hard to please!* This experience was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was very sweet, but that was absolutely it. My food was $20 and I initially ordered the potato skins and spinach and artichoke dip. She came back and told me they ran out, so I replaced it with queso. (They also were out of basically everything, with two hours until closing time.) When the queso came out, it was not hot and had that skin-like texture on top. The potato skins were thin, had half melted cheese on top, and were completely bland. I ended up paying $24 overall, and as a college student, that is not easy made money. Those were the two cheapest things on the menu, by the way. I am very disappointed in the food, thank God our server was nice. They were good about getting us in and out, which was nice. Absolutely will not be returning, and if you're hungry, I don't think you should either.
