As a first-time customer, I really wanted to enjoy Shawarma & More, but overall, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered a chicken dinner plate with rice and a side of mozzarella sticks. The rice was bland, and the chicken, while grilled, lacked seasoning and had a slightly charred flavored flavor that overwhelmed the plate( although it didn’t look like it, the taste was prominent )The mozzarella sticks were just okay. I asked ahead of time if the meal came with pita bread, and was told yes. Unfortunately, it only came with one small piece, hidden beneath the chicken, and it fell apart when I tried to use it. While I will say the staff was very kind and welcoming, the food simply didn’t match the price. For nearly $30, I expected to feel satisfied and enjoy my meal—not walk away disappointed. ⭐ 3 out of 5 Stars
