Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Highly recommend their tiffin lunch which is simple and, more importantly, does not empty your wallet - heck, it starts to rival the price of a latte at fancy coffee shops. 3 rotis, subzi, dal, and rice. They also have a nice tandoori pizza and a Bombay sandwich that we've enjoyed. No tips but instead they request donations to the temple (which of course, you can decline if you so wish).

We have tried the lunch buffet couple of times. The food is freshly prepared and all items taste well. But considering the price of buffet at 15, the variety was limited. All 3 curries - daal, paneer and bhindi were best in taste. The rotis are like home made chapatis. In starters we had dhokla and fryums. You can order ala-carte items too to try out.

I bought a cart full of sweets and snacks to share with friends and family. It took me awhile but finally found the date made and best buy date. I had to go through all sweets packages individually to make sure no food mold growth and sure enough there were 4 packages i saw that had food mold growth in them. I swapped them with latest expiration dates. I didn't bring any of that to their attention because that's not my job. Someone should be in charge of food quality control. The quality and taste has gone down significantly. The snacks are extremely sweet instead of being salty. Honestly threw everything away as we don't give someone what we don't like. Unfortunately my extended family and I will no longer be purchasing from them again. Year after year it's going down hill with quality and taste.
