Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Writing a review has never been this difficult. A family-run business where elegance meets deliciousness. The food we ate left a lasting impression on both our hearts and minds. In short, it's a place that embodies "the taste of life." Everything is cooked right in front of you, and the place is kept splendid clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff brightened our day. They are located inside a business complex, and it's a little difficult to find because there are no signs. We tasted more than ten different items, and they were all delicious. The linden tea and Turkish coffee crowned the meal. Thank you very much.

I was not expecting this to be inside an office building/the offices cafeteria. The workers were all friendly, but they don't speak very good English. I had no idea what I was doing. One of the office employees was very nice, saw I was like a deer in the headlights, and gave me a lay of the land. The cafeteria has an assortment of drinks/fruit/packaged snacks. They do have grape leaves, but they do not serve stuffed cabbage. There is a serve yourself salad bar or you can go up to the counter and order sandwiches, entrees or by the slice American pizza or by the slice byrek, either dine in or carry out. I ordered a slice of spinach and cheese pie along with some kebabs. The pie was served immediately, and the kebabs were cooked fresh in about 10 minutes. Once you get your food, you can pay at the cashier right outside (not where you ordered your food). The cooks brought me my kebobs to my table when they were ready. I'm not Albanian, so I can't speak to the authenticity of the food. But I will say everyone working was speaking Albanian so that counts for something? Coming from my Lebanese background, the kebabs were really flavorful and moist, I liked the sour bread and the yogurt was nice and thick. The spinach and cheese pie was good, but not as crispy as I would have liked. They also sell ayran/a yogurt drink. I went during the height of lunch hour and there were still a couple of open tables around. I'd go back again and try their meat pie or grab some of their kebabs again.

So excited we have a restaurant that makes byrek! I have had the byrek from here a lot of times since they have opened! It’s so delicious every time! So this is like 10 reviews in one! Although I mainly get byrek, I have also tried some of their other dishes which were also very good! And lastly, the trileche is definitely worth it!
