Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We had such an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in Dallas from start to finish. Our server, Kassie, was absolutely amazing. We started with a wine flight, and she truly took her time explaining each wine, sharing beautiful stories behind them. I left feeling like I genuinely learned so much about wine, the partnerships Sixty Vines has built with their vineyards, and their strong focus on sustainability — which made the experience feel even more intentional and special. For food, we started with the mussels, Caesar salad, and the fig and prosciutto pizza, and every single bite was a hit. For entrées, we had the filet and the pork chop, and the pork chop was hands down my favorite — so flavorful and perfectly cooked. After the wine flights, we moved on to an espresso martini and a frozé, and when I say they were BOMB, I mean it. The perfect way to transition into dessert, which did not disappoint. We finished with the sticky toffee cake and the deviled affogato, and both were the ideal sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. To top it all off, the manager Jacob stopped by our table and was phenomenal — super attentive, kind, and the definition of gracious hospitality. Between the food, drinks, service, and overall atmosphere, this was such a memorable experience. We’ll absolutely be back.

My friends and I had lunch in one of the igloos. It was heated, comfortable and our server, Kevin, was wonderful! We all ordered something different. From the pizza to the pork chop, everything was delicious! We will be back for the food and service alone.
