Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

A low-key, excellent vegetarian lunch spot. I had the portobello mushroom burger with crisp sweet potato fries. For dessert, a riz au lait with chestnuts that was comforting and not overly sweet. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and small touches done right. The kind of place you’re happy to stumble into and remember to return to.

Tried Slow in Paris, and overall it’s a solid spot—especially if you’re vegan or vegetarian. The menu is creative, colorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they put thought into the ingredients and presentation, and everything tasted fresh. That said, as someone who does eat meat, I found the dishes good but not necessarily crave-worthy. It’s a great place if you’re looking for a healthy, plant-based meal, but probably not the top pick for someone hoping to find rich, hearty flavors or anything close to a traditional meat-based dish. Still, worth a visit if you’re in the mood for something light and green!

What a lovely restaurant in the 14th. An amazing and interesting vegetarian and plant based menu. Lovely outside seating on a sunny day. And very friendly service. Worth a trip if you are in Paris.
