Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Sunday brunch was good but not a five star. The brunch menu was not quite as appealing as the regular menu, so we planned poorly Sausage biscuits were nice, a little upscale. See picture. Cheryl, our server, was amazing. Friendly, fun, and helpful. ***** Th restaurant was quite cold, but we got there just after opening. Prices were reasonable We drove 100 miles to meet family at a halfway point, so wouldn’t meet there again. If I lived locally, I might try again at dinner time.

This place is off the hook! I had the Red Beans and Rice, which came with some extra goodies: blackened chicken and ham. Don't worry ye Midwesterners who love all of your food boiled with a sprinkle of salt. This dish will be agreeable to your palate. Those who want to kick it up a notch, just ask and they will manifest your spicy desires. I was so excited to eat that I forget to take a pic. But here is what i left. The atmosphere here is lively with an industrial feel. I encourage you to visit. I also met Shannon, who is the proprietor. He's a personable and down to earth guy. Though this place is in Lima, OH, I saw no Lima Beans on the menu. I know that they are a controversial subject.

My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary this weekend after it was highly recommended by some friends. Very cool atmosphere and the food was top notch!!! We started off with the Espresso Martinis and the steak crostini….amazing! For dinner, I had the crab cakes which were served fresh bed of cooked corn and my husband had the Italian sub.Ended the evening with a refreshing Gin and soda with a lime. I thought it was odd that the server pointed out that I was given an extra slice of lime because it was a ‘tall’ gin and soda. The weirdest part was getting CHARGED $0.50 for said extra lime. I don’t think in all my years that I’ve ever had a charge for a slice of lime😂. I would recommend that if you are visiting this place in the heat of the summer to make reservations for the inside. Unfortunately we did not make reservations and were seated in the alcove just outside the restaurant. This particular evening it felt like an oven out there.
