Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I always liked Starliner but figured I'd save the review until I got a taste of the Cuban French Toast and, I must say, it was delicious! Lives up to the hype in my opinion. I also really like the Machaca (my usual), so while the table split the confections, I got satisfying meal to go with it.

First time there. I came for brunch. I ordered three pancakes and coffee. Coffee was good! The pancakes were huge! 10 inches across! Very thick! Yet the taste was almost non-existent. This was disappointing. I had hoped for much better. Maybe I caught them on an off day? Perhaps another item is better? Forget the pancakes and try another food item. Service was outstanding! I sat outside and received fantastic service! Good job!

Decent Cuban sandwich from here. It wasn’t quite what I expected, the sandwich itself was pretty small. I substituted the fries and they were kind of bland.
