Every time my family makes an online order, some how every single sandwich is made incorrectly with ingredients not asked for and so much sauce on it you can’t even enjoy it! To add to it after complaining and calling it in they said don’t worry about the sub and come get a new one, and when I show up they then say I need the old sub and the receipt, so another wasted round trip!? This place is absolute garbage and the manager must be proud of it apparently.

The Subway in Pampa, TX is a typical subway, but it shines much brighter!! There are two ladies who work there in the evening that always go above and beyond. They greet me like family and I love it!!! The sandwiches and salads are to die for. I usually get a salad and it is always made to perfection. I have actually called there and asked for a salad. If one of those ladies is there I just give my name and I have a perfect salad waiting for me. Thank you Subway!!!

I received coupons for Subway today 9/24/24 in the mail. That sounded great for dinner. went there, and they said they are not accepting coupons. Blamed it on their corporate offices. Sorry Subway. I will never go to you again. Grocery stores make better subs than you anyway. Let corporate know that mostly it is about convenience.
