Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a great meal. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked perfectly and you can really tell they care about quality. The service was fast and professional, and they made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back again!

16 anniversary and our kartik was wonderful. We were engaged in this restaurant in 2008. Love it here. Great memories. Kartik was the best server we have had ever here. The food was delicious.

Came here for lunch expecting a buffet (as per reviews), but sadly they don’t have one anymore. But I was pleasantly surprised by their “Lunch Box” offering. Vegetarian ($13.40) or chicken/lamb ($15.60), which is comparable in price to a lunch buffet. You get rice, naan, and choice of two dishes. I picked the lamb vindaloo and chicken makhani. I asked if they had any chutney’s, and three arrived with my meal (tamarind, mint/cilantro, onion/chili). Both dishes were delicious, the chutneys were tasty additions, the rice was perfect, and the buttered naan was outstanding. The quantity of food didn’t look like much when it arrived, but the “cafeteria” plates are deep, and full. I was pleasantly stuffed by the end of my visit. Service was great, despite the attempted upselling of mango lassie and dessert, which I wouldn’t have had room for anyway. Restaurant was clean and nicely appointed. I hope to be back soon to try their saag offerings.
