The hostess always sets the tone for the experience. Isla was so excellent and accommodating to our seating request due to my service dog. Bella busted it on the skinny margarita. So extra yum. We were leaving the rec center and didn’t want a lot of food. We had the house, guacamole, some salsa with chips, and two different tacos- pescada tempura and carne asada. Yum. Stopping here was what we would call a good decision. Will def be back!

My partner and I were visiting the area and stopped in for a pre-birthday dinner. This place was busy!!! The wait was 45 minutes. Fortunately there were seats available at the bar, so we decided to sit there. I usually do not like high chairs because i am 5'4" and not only do i usually slide out bar stools i sometimes cannot reach the foot rests. The seats were very comfortable and I was able to sit without sliding. For my fellow purse/bag lovers, bonus point to this place as there was a hook under the bar and my large bag snuggled right in. We ordered the house Margarita and El Jefe for our cocktails. The Queso Fondido and Teocalli Guacamole for apatizer. The taco de Birria, taco de Tijuana style shrimp and the Birria De Res for dinner. The food was beyond delicious and flavorful. The tacos had a green sauce that added an amazing flavor to both tacos that complemented them so well. Our birria meat was floating atop a red broth and the meat was tender and juicy. All of the food complements each other and paired well together. Our server was also our bartender as this was our first time we had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He gave suggestions on the menu items we asked about and recommended cocktails. He was polite and attentive. If we're ever in the Longmont area again we will be sure to stop here again!

My parents and I came out to dinner here for the first time last night, and we all had a great time. Our server was wonderful and super duper attentive, and all of the food we had was all great. The churros were especially good! I definitely recommend this place.
