Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I love Mexican food. This is hands down the best Mexican I have ate since I left Colorado in 2004. The margaritas are the best in town (we order by the pitcher, normal 2 turened into 1, so good!!) This food id the best!!! I ordered something new to me (rarely done) and it was amazing!!! Maybe the best I've had yet and I never thought anyone in WV would do better than CO!!

I had the tilapia ceviche. At 1st they didn't have the fish, only shrimp. But to make it happen they perhaps poached the fish, then mixed with the remaining ingredients. My companions ordered nachos and burrito and felt jipped. The nachos were placed on top of quest and got soggy. The burrito was described as not much more than a fast food version. I chose a Dos xx amber beer from tap and was very happy with my meal. With the 20% gratuity we walked out paying over $80, so a little pricey.

I honestly can't recommend this place. The salsa and cheese dip were very unflavorful, and I got Pablo's chimichangas, which were somehow even worse. They were loaded with ingredients and even a side of their house jalapeño ranch yet I couldn't taste anything besides the burnt sautéed onions that were inside. Sadly, we will not be returning. Additionally, we went there on November 21st because my husband wanted to try the BBC but the waitress told us that was a one time thing when it just debuted 14 days prior and there was no mention of it being a limited time or one-off on their Facebook page where we initially saw advertised so he was greatly disappointed. We drove an hour and 20 mins round-trip for this.
