Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

They were busy but it didn't take too long to get the order out. But, the chicken was so overdone and dry I couldn't get the plastic fork to pierce some of them, so I had to pick them up with my hands. This is not the 1st time I've gotten a subpar meal from this TM. Go to the one in Meridian, it's much better.

This is the third time I’ve been there, and I believe third times are a charm. However, the steak was chewy and had a sour taste and nearly inedible. I don’t understand why this is happening, especially since I’ve visited different locations and never experienced this before. It’s unacceptable, particularly for a $15 steak bowl.

I admit, I was apprehensive about coming here based on previous reviews about long wait times. I ordered my food and 7 minutes later, I was eating. Super fast. The food was fantastic. Well done Teriyaki Madness!
