The Bop Bop

This place is awesome and the food is delicious. I came across The Bop Bop at a local festival. Their staff was super friendly and I was really intrigued by the brisket Bop and pork belly Bop. By the time I got to the food truck, they were sold out of most items but not the brisket Bop. And oh. my. It was so good. It was amazing comfort food, just delightful. Definitely would recommend.

I recently ordered the chicken bop medium spicy they offered different levels of spice depending on what you like. I LOVED my food! It was filled up to the rim. The way the food was layered made the food look so pleasing to the eye. I’ve never had sweet potato glass noodles before & was surprised at how well it paired with the chicken & rice. My food came out hot. I will definitely be back for a second round!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! I got the beef bowl with regular sauce and it was SO good! Hefty portion of meat with tons of noodles and rice. I have a big appetite and I could only eat half of it and I was so full! We will be back!!
