I visited after my coworkers recommended it as a place for an alternative lunch. I am very into fitness and watch what I eat. I was skeptical that they would be able to provide a smoothie that both tasted good AND fit my macros. It was excellent. I really cannot say enough positive things about this place! The staff is friendly, the smoothie (I got the Monster Cookie) was delicious, it was a generous size, it had a great amount of protein in it (24g and 200 calories!), and I feel satisfied. Do not walk, run to this place. They have so many flavors i cannot wait to try and a rewards program 😆 As a side note: they have this sticky cellophane "lid" that goes over the top of the smoothie that you puncture with a straw and it is so cute and makes for clean travel and I love it.

The Healthy Spot is my go to spot in Texas City! I lost 62lbs on their supplements! Highly recommend ! The owner is very friendly and welcoming!

Oh my god so yummy! Texas city doesn’t have a large selection on healthy locations but this place!!! Wow absolutely yummy and reasonable prices. Went for my first time today and got the fruity pebbles suggested by Chastity the lovely woman running the front and it will definitely have me coming back! Customer service was amazing and supper informative! Keep it up!
