Hearty Beet Cafe is the absolute best!! Their nachos are to die for, as per the photo, we forgot to take a pic before diving in and eating half of the nachos lol! Everything we try there is just incredible. Plus it's so healthy too!! The owner is so so kind and remembers all of her customers ❤️. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful, local, vegan restaurant like The Hearty Beet here in Southern Utah.

This is such an awesome little cafe and vegan food entity. The owner operator is super nice and was happy to help us make decisions by sharing insights. The nachos were truly impressive to me and I'm picky about my cashew queso. Not only where the flavors wonderful, but the nachos were layered and the chips used held up to the moisture to be delicious with flavor and texture the whole time. When you finish eating, I highly recommend a cheezecake as the texture and flavor of the chocolate was simply great.

These vegan nachos are absolutely delicious. The pico is fresh, bright, and full of flavor, and every layer tastes thoughtfully made with top quality ingredients. The customer service is excellent and genuinely welcoming. I’m so glad the Hearty Beet opened a storefront. Their vegan desserts and soups are just as impressive. I’ll definitely be back.
