BREAKFAST SPOT IN POWAY A great diner for breakfast in Poway. (Located in the Target strip mall, near Carl's Jr). If you want to save your waistline and your wallet, I would advise you share a dish here -- portions are big and prices have gone up! We both ordered crêpes and had to take some home. As one of Poway's long-time breakfast diners, it's very popular -- I couldn't believe how busy it was when we visited on a Thursday morning in February (2026). They have a varied menu. I enjoyed a peach crêpe, which was delicious, (3 on a plate served with cream and jam) although got a little monotonous tasting after several bites. I ordered a cappuccino, but was warned it would be a powdered one out of a machine or something of that sort and many are rejected, so decided against it. What a shame they don't offer top notch coffee drinks. I would also love to see some more healthy options offered. Restaurant noise level can be loud when busy. Our waiter was great and very down to earth, friendly and attentive. Indoor/outdoor dining and plenty of free parking available.

Best pancakes and breakfast ever! I’ve heard so many good things about this place, and they were all true. First, the food was exceptionally good. We had an omelette with spinach and Swiss cheese that was huge, more than enough for two people. The filling was abundant and the cheese was amazing. We accompanied our omelette with the fluffiest pancakes you can ever imagine; they were just the right size, but extremely good and spongy. Just perfect. On top of that, the service was the best. I’d like to give a special mention to Matthew, who was always checking on us and ensuring we had the best possible experience. Thanks to Matthew!! I highly recommend this place and its fluffy pancakes!

Amazing, delicious, and worth the drive. This place is bomb... The pancakes are amazing and the omelets are great too! Beware of the portion size though - if you leave hungry, it's your fault! Lol
