Super nice staff, very knowledgeable about nutrition. I prefer low carb less sugar shakes, they have those options unlike other shops which are very unhealthy. This place is amazing, tasty, I love how they customize for us based on ingredients we like in a healthy way. Must have the protein donuts as well

I was introduced to this place by a friend and have gone back a few times. The owners are so kind and generous being very personable and getting to know your name. You're immediately greeted as you walk through the door with a positive vibe. The protein drinks are very delicious and you don't even taste any of the protein. There are a variety of options with the amount of protein, types of protein and at least 30 flavors to satisfy your cravings. They have wonderful deals every month depending on the day you go in and a great rewards program. Small businesses like this need to continue thriving because they create a positive identity in the community and I will continue to support this business for the health prodict benefits and good quality people who run the business. My friend and I usually stop by on Saturday's to pick up something quick and healthy. I am currently working my way through the protein drinks and I have yet to be disappointed. So far everyone we have met there is soo nice.
