Twisted Fresh

I’m a sandwich and wrap girl. So when I found out what twisted fresh really was I was thrilled to try it. For some reason the name made me think it was a smoothie joint. But was so stoked when I saw they do wraps and tacos here. I had their wrap that had Caribbean jerk in it and omg the flavor is there! It’s so good. I have another Twisted Fresh near me in lees summit and there’s isn’t as flavorful however the tacos there are so good. I also love the sauces that they come with, I love spicy foods and all three sauces have such a delightful kick. I do have to say the side dishes are not that great, I’ve tried their corn which was bland, broccoli salad tasted like nothing was done to it, and how do you ruin a potato salad? The potatoes weren’t cooked all the way and it was dry. It tasted like half roasted potatoes with a tsp of mayo. No salt, no pepper, nothing else. Other than that entrees are great.

The street tacos were amazing. The Thai chicken wrap was huge and I couldn't finish it. My wife had the chicken cashew avocado twist wrap-it was full of flavor! The street corn was surprisingly full of flavor…be prepared it’s served cold and not hot. Fast friendly service. Definitely recommended this place. Lots of choices

the "street corn" was good but that is NOT street corn - call it something else it's kinda misleading if you know what street corn actually is and why is it served ice cold??? The burrito was awful - the ground beef came straight out of the fridge and was unseasoned. Who eats cold burritos? and it was not "FRESH"...Even after microwaving this thing it tasted awful and I couldn't eat it and threw it in the trash.
