Urban Plates

Urban Plates was such an interesting spot we recently stopped by because it really combines the fast food and dine in restaurant experience in such a unique way. Parking is pretty easy to find with a garage nearby and the setting of the inside is pretty nice too. Ordering feels like a fast food place where you go through a digital menu on a touch screen but the quality of food is so much higher than that. We ordered a grilled steak sandwich with fries and proceeded to sit down at our table. Like a regular restaurant they bring the food out to you and you can even see the chefs cooking at their station which is interesting to watch while you wait. The grilled steak sandwich was pretty good, the steak cooked perfectly and had nice juice to it with warm bread around it. The fries were also pretty good. The most impressive thing was that from order to get food was less than 10 minutes even with two other people dining with us. Urban Plates really does a great job of fast food convenience but with genuine, good food. It’s the ultimate spot to grab a quick bite at but not feel bad about the 1000 calories you ate after.

I really enjoyed the food here. The Thai Chicken Salad was flavorful and refreshing, with a mild spice level that suited me perfectly. Since I prefer lighter heat, this dish hit the right balance and made the meal very satisfying.

Great 2nd dine-in visit! Easy order @kiosk, quick to get our orders & drinks. Food was tasty, good portions, fresh, & great tasting. Service was fast & quick to get us our orders. We’ll definitely be back!
