I went to vegan beats on today July 6, not my first time eating vegan food but I’m beyond happy that Meridian now has a vegan spot and I hope they be around for awhile. I ordered the loaded nachos I enjoyed them overall my only critique I wished it was seasoned just a little more. I also had the vegan Philly rolls, they were out of the dipping sauce which was fine. They were fried just a tad too long and could have used a little bit more seasoning in my opinion. This will not be my last time here I will say that.
