Since finding Vegan Loba, I think I have only missed one weekend eating there. Not only is their food healthy, fresh, and delicious these folks aim to make a difference in introducing folks to other ways to eat and supporting animal causes. I can’t get enough of the tacos! The el pastor with pineapple is probably my favorite and their bowls are so fresh and delicious. They sometimes have special menu items so be sure to find out before ordering. We tried the nachos with tinga and al pastor tacos, they were both delicious!! All the dishes had an authentic Mexican flavor. If you want vegan Mexican food, I highly recommend this place.
