Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The lettuce, kale, cabbage and other veggies we selected were fresh(not wilted) we got the red wine sauce on one bowl, sesame siracha on the other. the sesame dressing was sweet but we liked it. The red wine was vinegary, I liked it a lot. We also had the latte de olla and the pistachio mocha latte. I preferred the latte de olla because it has a stronger coffee taste. we had a giant chocolatechip cookie that was crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. a great dessert.

If you’re wandering around El Paso looking for a place that’ll treat both your taste buds and your health goals like royalty, Verde Co. is your spot. Nestled right next to Naranja, this place is a green oasis of pure, fresh goodness. I dropped by for a taste and let me tell you, it was a champion move. Their salads are crisp and vibrant, the wraps are downright delicious, and the cucumber water? Oh, that’s the real MVP. It’s like a cool breeze on a hot El Paso day—refreshing, unique, and absolutely top-notch. They’ve got that perfect blend of flavor and mindfulness, thanks to their connection with Verde Co., making everything not just tasty but also health-conscious. So here’s the deal: if you want to fuel up like a winner and feel great about it, Verde Co. is the place to be. It’s a five-star spot in my book, serving up the kind of fresh, flavorful experience that makes you feel like a champ on a health kick.

I’m sorry, I paid $6.48 for this ice coffee, it’s mostly ice it’s ridiculous. Tastes good but not worth it for the little amount of actual coffee.
