Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We were seated right away, but service quickly became an issue. At every other pho restaurant I’ve been to, pho is usually served very quickly, but here it was the opposite. It took quite a while before our server even brought water—something we eventually had to remind her about. The food itself then took 20–30 minutes to arrive, which felt slow given the restaurant was not especially busy. When the dishes did arrive, the quality was inconsistent. The BBQ meat was unfortunately overcooked, leaving it tough and dry. The pho broth lacked the depth and richness I’ve come to expect from more authentic Vietnamese spots—it tasted somewhat flat by comparison. Portions also felt on the smaller side, especially given the price point. A single bowl of pho here costs more than what I usually pay in the central Jersey area, and is closer to what you’d expect in major cities like New York or Boston—yet without delivering the same level of quality. Perhaps I’m spoiled by excellent Vietnamese restaurants elsewhere, but overall, the food, service, and value here didn’t quite meet expectations.

Great service, kind staff, and even better food. Viet’s Pho was to die for along with the Taro Bubble Tea. Perfect meal to warm you up in this cold weather.

The broth was a bit lacking which was disappointing after how many other flavorful broths I had from similar restaurants in the area. The customer service was nice and there were others eating inside on a weekday during lunch. Would probably come again.
