Yummy Bowl

I love eating Asian food. It's so delicious. This place is pretty good. The service is okay The price is okay and they do have a lot to choose from. I like that they cook it right there fresh. As soon as you fill up your bowl if you decide to get a bowl you can choose between noodles and rice which is awesome then they cook it for you so that's pretty cool and they have different types of meat to choose from. You can pick your own spices and what flavors you'd like for them to put on it so that's a plus and they also have lots of veggies to pick from so if you don't eat meat that's good too

We came for the lunch special and got to make our own bowls with the chefs. We picked out the base, vegetables, protein, and choice of seasonings and they make it fresh on the griddle. There were so many choices we wish we’d done the unlimited option to keep trying them. The concept of the restaurant is really cool and the warm staff members plus thoughtful ambiance all made the experience really special. We will definitely be back!

Is there anything phenomenal and outter-wordly about Yummy Bowl? I'd say, no. But is it worth the trip? Absolutely! I've been twice now and will happily go back. I get the Philadelphia roll and yummy bowl. Once seated, you get a smaller sized bowl and a card to mark what kind of rice you'd like, a spot for your name and table number. You then take that $14 bowl up to the counter and get in line. You stuff that small bowl with as much veggies and meat it can hold! Or just as much as you want. You work your way down and they have plenty of options of veggies, even waterchestnuts, and then a good selection of meat. Shrimp, beef, chicken, chicken thighs, crab, and squid/octopus legs 🙃. From there you can select your dry seasonings (like seasonal all, garlic powder, etc) and then select from a large variety of sauces. They do limit you to 2 sauces though. After you've selected everything, they take it and cook it on the giant round hibachi table in the middle od the restaurant, while you head back to you table. For the sushi roll, it is good! You can go to other similar restaurants and get a similar quality roll, but for $5-6 its very worth it. And the bowl! After its cooked, they send it back in a bigger, red bowl. What was once overflowing in your small bowl, now looks like you hardly picked enough food out. But taste wise it is good as well! What's nice is you do have more control over the flavoring, since you pick your own seasonings and sauces, but they cook it to perfection. I gave it 4 stars as there isn't anything overwhelming different than a couple other similar places to eat. It can get a bit loud too when it's full of people. I'll definitely go back as it's reasonably priced, the service is fast, and the food is good.
